ABOUT TEE BALL
Tee Ball is the starting point for young players learning the game of baseball. Participants are introduced to the basic fundamentals, including throwing, catching, hitting off a tee, fielding, and base running. The focus is on learning, building confidence, and having fun in a positive team setting. This program is coached by dedicated volunteer parents.
DATES AND LOCATIONS
Tee ball will tentatively be held from 5:30-6:30pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Central Middle School. Schedules for the summer will be posted prior to the first week of practice.
COST
$95.00 - City of EGF residents
$145.00 - participants living outside of EGF City Limits, attending school in EGF and live within Polk County
$190.00 - participants living outside of EGF and Polk County**

REGISTRATION
Registration must be completed by clicking on the Registration tab below. Registration will open on Wednesday, March 4th and close Wednesday, March 25th. Registrations must be completed by March 18th to avoid paying a $50 late fee.
AGE LIMITS
The tee ball level is dedicated to players with birthdays between May 1, 2019, and April 30, 2021. Players born between May 1, 2019, and July 31, 2019, can choose between playing either Tee Ball or Coach Pitch.
EGF RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS
Programs offered through the EGF Parks & Recreation Department are setup for citizens within the EGF city limits. Those wishing to participate that live within Polk County but outside of the city limits MUST complete the Non-resident Participation Form prior to registering.
COMING PREPARED
Players should bring their own water bottles clearly marked with their name. Players must bring their own glove and are strongly recommended to bring their own batting helmet and bat. We will have bats and batting helmets available to use, if needed.
